I'm a Certified RTT Hypnotherapist based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent 15 years as a senior leader in various corporate roles. Throughout that time, I struggled with crippling anxiety, digestive issues, and constant fatigue. Despite trying countless therapists and approaches, nothing truly worked—until I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). The results were immediate and life-changing.

My own transformation inspired me to retrain as a hypnotherapist. I’ve always been passionate about mental health, and now I help others heal and overcome deep-rooted challenges using this powerful method. I'm currently based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire and offer sessions in-person or online.

I’m a registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), the professional governing body for registered hypnotherapists in the UK.
