Does Hypnotherapy Work?
Yes — absolutely. Hypnotherapy is one of the fastest and most effective ways to create deep, lasting change. Your subconscious mind is incredibly powerful; it runs almost everything behind the scenes — your habits, emotions, even physical functions like breathing and circulation. When we work with the subconscious directly, we can shift old patterns, clear emotional blocks, and create meaningful change both mentally and physically.
Is It Safe?
Yes, 100%. Hypnosis is a completely natural and safe state. You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed, calm state — and while you may feel emotions come up as we explore the root of an issue, I’m fully trained to guide and support you through every step of the process. It's safe, supported, and centred entirely around you.
Will I Be Asleep?
Not at all. You’ll be awake, aware, and in full control the entire time. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation — not sleep — where we open up a direct line of communication with your subconscious mind. You’ll hear everything I say, and you’ll be able to respond at any time.
What Does Hypnosis Feel Like?
It feels like that dreamy state just before you fall asleep — calm, peaceful, and deeply relaxed. Your breathing slows down, your muscles soften, and your mind becomes quiet. You’ll still be aware of sounds and sensations around you, but you’ll feel like you’re in your own little bubble of calm. Most people say it feels like a mental reset.
Will I Lose Control?
No — you are fully in control throughout the session. Hypnosis is not about giving up control; it’s about taking it back. You can’t be made to do or say anything you don’t want to. I’m simply there to guide you — the experience is entirely yours.
What If I Can’t Be Hypnotised?
If you can follow instructions and you want to be hypnotised, then yes — you absolutely can be. Hypnosis is actually a very natural state that we all drift in and out of daily (like daydreaming or zoning out while driving). If you're open and willing, you’ll absolutely be able to enter hypnosis.
Do I Have to Do Anything After the Session?
Yes — and this part is important. After your session, I’ll send you a personalised audio recording designed specifically for your needs. You’ll need to listen to it every day for 21 days. That’s how we really rewire your brain and lock in the new beliefs. I may also suggest small lifestyle shifts or nutrition support to help the process.
How Will I Feel After the Session?
Everyone is different. Some people leave the session feeling light, free and energised. Others might feel a little tired or emotional as things begin to process and shift. Both are totally normal. RTT often brings up things you’ve carried for years — and letting them go can feel like a big release.
