Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms. If you are unwilling or unable to accept these terms, you should not proceed with booking or continuing therapy sessions.

FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
You may be offered a free 20-minute online initial consultation. No therapy will be provided during this call. Its purpose is to assess whether we are a good fit to work together. Any estimate of the number of sessions required is based on the information you provide and should be considered a general guideline, not a guarantee.
SESSIONS
Sessions typically last 90 minutes unless otherwise agreed in advance.
For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for online sessions. In the event of technical difficulties, I will do my best to reconnect or reschedule where appropriate.
FEES
Fees will be confirmed following your initial consultation. Payment is required before each session, either by bank transfer, card, or cash. Fees may be reviewed and adjusted periodically.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide:
-
At least 48 hours’ notice for in-person sessions
-
At least 24 hours’ notice for online sessions
Notice must be given via email or phone. Cancellations made after these deadlines are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
Fees reflect my time and professional expertise and do not guarantee outcomes. Therefore, no refunds are issued for completed sessions. If you have paid in advance for a package and choose to discontinue therapy, a pro-rata refund will be calculated. The refund will be based on the standard full session rate for sessions already used.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made via:
-
Online: Credit/debit card or PayPal
-
In-person: Credit/debit card or cash
Full payment must be received before or at the time of your session.

CONTACT BETWEEN SESSIONS
Contact between sessions is limited to email or phone during office hours. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed during the next working period.
MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS
You may be asked to share relevant medical history to ensure safe and effective treatment. Please inform me of any medical changes during your therapy. If you are currently receiving care from a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, or counsellor, I may request their approval before starting hypnotherapy.
Please note: I do not work with clients who have epilepsy or any form of psychosis.
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in online therapy. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and seen in-person.

ATTENDING YOUR SESSIONS
Please ensure you are available at the scheduled start time. If you are running late, contact me as soon as possible. While I’ll aim to provide a full session, this cannot be guaranteed due to subsequent bookings.

HYPNOTHERAPY RECORDINGS
Any recordings provided are for your personal use only. They must not be shared, copied, or distributed. Do not listen to hypnotherapy recordings while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require your full attention.

OUTCOME OF SESSIONS
