I specialise in a type of Hypnotherapy called Rapid Transformation Therapy® which identifies root causes for old beliefs & works to re-code thoughts. This personalised approach works with clients to reframe negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions - many of which have been carried with them since childhood. ​​Under hypnosis, we utilizes the leading scientific principles of neuroplasticity to enable the creation of new neural pathways in the mind.

You are in Control
Being in a hypnotic state simply means you are deeply relaxed. In this state, your brain shifts into the Alpha wave pattern — the same calm, focused state you experience when daydreaming. You remain fully in control throughout; we’re simply asking your conscious, analytical mind to take a step back, allowing your subconscious — where your deeply rooted beliefs are stored — to take the lead.

During a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session, we use a technique called regression to gently revisit scenes from your past. These moments often hold the key to the beliefs you carry today. Many of these beliefs were formed in childhood, but not always. Once we’ve identified the root cause of an issue, we work together to re-code old beliefs— replacing old patterns with healthier, more empowering ones.

To help solidify these changes, you’ll receive a personalised audio recording to listen to for 21 days following your session. Your mind responds powerfully to repetition, so this daily practice reinforces the new beliefs and supports lasting transformation.
