Begin listening during pregnancy so your mind and body become familiar with each audio.
Ocean of Calm is best used before sleep.
Listen in bed and allow yourself to drift into deep rest. The more often you listen, the quicker your body learns to respond to the relaxation cue.
Athlete Within and Birth Zone are designed to be used alongside your hypnobirthing breathing practice. Listening 2–3 times during pregnancy is enough to make the guidance feel familiar and instinctive on the day.
